Ingredients:

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vegan yoghurt
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • small bunch of basil, finely chopped
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • dried rosemary and oregano
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  • fry the onion in some olive oil
  • smash the tofu and add all the other ingredients.
  • DONE!!
