Heyyy coming at you with my very first recipe!!! I don’t really use strict measurements so these cookies (and everything else I make haha) come out different (but always delicious) every single time I make them, depending on my mood.

They’re super healthy and delicious especially for fall time, so I hope you enjoy them!! :))

What you’ll need:

  • ~1.5 spelt flakes, ground

  • 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds, 3 tbsp water)

  • ~ 2 tsp baking powder

  • skin of 1 orange

  • ground vanilla bean or vanilla extract (the more the merrier)

  • lots of cinnamon

  • nutmeg

  • cloves

  • ~ 2 tbsp nut butter

  • pinch of salt

  • as much sweetener as you want, I like date syrup, sometimes i’ll use stevia

  • Apple Sauce (as much as you feel you need to get the right consistency)

  • Chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C

  • Combine the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, add choc chips at the end

  • Form little balls, then squish them into a cookie shape

  • Bake for about 15 minutes, enjooooyy (especially when they’re all hot and gooey!!!!)
