Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vegan yoghurt
- 1 finely chopped onion
- small bunch of basil, finely chopped
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- dried rosemary and oregano
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- fry the onion in some olive oil
- smash the tofu and add all the other ingredients.
- DONE!!
